The Beauty of You

Your beautiful smile, your gentle soul
Your heart that was so willing to give
What a tragedy to have you taken so soon
You barely had a chance to live

You are missed ... that doesn't even begin
To say how deep this pain goes
And if this pain will ever go away
Only the Good Lord in heaven knows

You were part of the beauty in this ugly world
I am blessed to have spent time with you
You were so vibrant and so full of life
You were like a dream come true

To deal with this pain is the hardest thing
I have ever been expected to do
Because I know in my heart that no one
Will ever replace you

So I have to find, somehow...somewhere
The strength to find my way
To think about what you would want
And what you might have to say
